The absolutely fastest way to get from Zero experience level to the modern airline cockpit!

| # | Phase | Duration | Type | Location |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Enrollment | 1-2 months | Mandatory | World |
| 2 | EASA PPL, ATPL “Frozen” licensing | 12 months | Mandatory | Czech (UE) |

| 4 | EASA Flight Instructor Internship | 24 months | Mandatory | Czech (UE) |
| 5 | Structured internship International | 18 months | Optional | Hong Kong |
| 6 | Airline Employment Placement Assist. | Unlim. | Optional | World |
The total duration of the flight training and the initial flight instructor internship is approximately 3.5 years. All stages of flight training are conducted in the Czech Republic to a very high international and European standard by an EASA-accredited flight academy. After completing the flight training phase, all students will have the opportunity to apply for an internship as flight instructors, allowing them to accumulate additional flight time, totaling over 1500 hours.
Once pilots achieve 1500 hours of total flight time, students will be eligible to engage in international ferry operations (ferry companies require pilots to have at least 1500 hours for flights to be insured). In the final (optional) stage, graduates will receive robust, unlimited airline employment placement assistance from our company with airlines such as Fly Dubai, Emirates, Qatar, Cathay Pacific, Air Asia, Lion Air, Singapore Airlines, Air China, Chinese Airlines, Air Hong Kong, Malaysian Airlines, Jet Star, Tiger Air, and many more.
- Phase 1 - Enrollment
At this stage, student will be required to complete enrollment application form (here >>>) and provide documents for initial consideration by our company. After application details and document screening, student will be contacted for the initial interview to check his knowledge of English. our requirements are simple: high school diploma (or higher), English knowledge on upper-intermediate level or better, international passport and good health with no disqualifying conditions (see full list of enrollment requirements here >>>) Once all requirements are satisfied, the student will be furnished with the flight training agreement, visa support paperwork, preliminary aviation training study materials. (Aerocadet will provide comprehensive administrative support for this stage of the program).
- Phase 2 - PPL, ATP Licenses
After arrival in Czech Republic at our partner FPT’s training center (Czech Flying Academy, located at Prague Letňany International Airport – LKLT or Brno West, Falcon Field – LKFA), a student will undergo an EASA class 1 pilot medical. After this, student will start his/her theoretical and practical training: ground school, parallel with flying. The FTP aims to conduct at least 3-4 hours of ground school every day and 2-3 hours of flight training together with the ground school. The flight training segment will be subdivided into Private, Instrument, ATPL (EASA skips CPL and goes to a restricted, or “Frozen” ATPL directly) courses, each giving the student a higher aeronautical license and grade. After completion of this phase, the student will become a fully-certified Commercial Pilot holding an EASA/ICAO ATPL “Frozen” license, rated to operate single-engine, multi-engine aircraft, and multi-crew airplanes both in visual (VMC) and instrument meteorological (IMC) conditions. It takes just over 200 flight hours to complete this stage.
- Phase 3 - Flight Instructor License
Students who completed phase 2 of the training program with the required standard of airmanship (see standards outlined in a highlighted “Terms and Conditions” box below), safety and English proficiency, will then proceed to obtaining his/her Certified Flight Instructor license. This license is necessary to facilitate the internship phase of our program, which would afford the student an opportunity to work as a flight instructors and build valuable flight time, as well as get paid for this work. It takes approximately 35 flight hours to complete this stage.
- Phase 4 - Flight Instructor Internship
Students, and at this point, a fully-qualified EASA (ICAO) CPL/ATPL-F pilots and a flight instructors, will be offered opportunity to apply for internship as a flight instructor with our Czech FTP, under the terms of the Czech Republic Visa for Study, Training, Research, or other types of Internship Purposes by obtaining an Employee Card by using a special application process and FTP sponsorship letters. Once approved, Students will be offered priority hiring with our FTP in Czech Republic for the flight instructor position to build valuable flight time for the duration of up to 24 months. Alternatively, or in case that our FTP is full and can not hire any more instructors, Aerocadet will provide internship employment assitance with another flight school or air charter companis in Czech Republic. Employee Card does not limit students to any one particular amount of flight time per month, so instructors are allowed to fly up to 8 hours per day – in accordance with the EASA maximum flight time restrictions for CFIs.
- Phase 5 - International Internship
After completion of the instructor internship (phase 4), our partner in Hong Kong (Global Air Holdings Ltd) will offer our students an employment opportunity as international ferry pilot. This position requires a pilot to work on the part-time basis, performing 1-2 aircraft repositioning flights per month from various destination around the world to North America and Europe using the D-type crew visa. Due to high demand and limited training facilities this program has a limited availability of annual training slots. Company has a right to refuse enrollment to students on selective basis. The basis taken into account are: pilot aptitude testing scores, academic transcript scores, English test scores and student’s character, student’s motivation discovery conducted during the enrollment interview and financial standing. If Student is awarded this training program, this means that his/her training slot has been allocated, booked and guaranteed. This also means that some other student was displaced from the training slot in favor of this award. Students are asked to take into account this consideration and treat their training slot award as a valuable commodity.

Part-time employment
Many students work and study at the same time. Having a part-time job or summer work is very common in the Czech Republic. There are working options for international students as well, just be prepared that the job offer may be limited since most jobs require fluency in the Czech language. However, many international companies are operating in big cities, and your ability to speak or understand various languages can be a plus.
EU/EEA or Switzerland citizens: Citizens of EU/EEA countries and Switzerland or their family members do not need an employment permit in order to be employed in Czech Republic. Such nationals have the same employment eligibility as citizens of Czech Republic. So, no need in any paperwork – just apply for a job with any company/vendor.
Othen than EU/EEA: If you are a citizen of any other country, you are allowed to work while studying, but your employment should not affect your study program’s main objective: becoming a pilot. Aviation students enrolled in a flight training program are allowed to work in Czech Republic if they obtain an employment permit and a residence permit, or an Employee Card or a Blue Card To apply for those documents they need to contact relevant authorities via the established application process. The work permit is issued for a definite period, a maximum of two years. a foreign student can apply for a Czech employment permit several times to gain extensions. Please note that the work permit will be approved only when student is able to specify a specific employer, stipulate what type of work will be performing, and the employment location. Please refer to the Czech goverment website for more detailed information.
